Quinn Developments were contracted by Sanctuary Housing to assist with a housing development of 19 units.

Tasks Quinn were responsible for whilst on this job were 6000m3 site clearance of contaminated spoil, adoptable connections for Welsh Water, construction of Section 38 Adoptable Road, adoptable sewers for Welsh Water, traditional foundations, substructure including block and beam floors, plot drainage and attenuation and Hydro Brake chamber.

Quinn Developments were selected by Orchard House Property Developments Ltd to complete the development of 8 luxury detached houses.

Though the programme of works was time-critical and very demanding, Quinn Developments were professional and went above and beyond to ensure all key handover dates were met.

Quinn Developments had a can-do attitude and didn’t refer to contractual terms, instead worked with us to find solutions to the mutual benefit of both companies.

For this job, a specialist jointing team was required to complete repair works which involved backfill, level and pack as per specification and reinstate all areas.

Quinn was able to carry out this task on very short notice with work commencing just 3 days after the initial enquiry.

Coupe Green, Preston is a development of 70 detached and semi-detached plots up to DPC. A total of 11 plots were completed and handed over to the client during the first phase.

Quinn met all the health and safety requirements quickly and built a good rapport with local residents. They also maintained a tight programme to save time due to bad weather.

I employed Quinn Developments on numerous projects over the last few years some of which were complicated civil engineering works. The last job Peter did for me was a sewer diversion in clay in winter in Springfield Avenue West Kirby. Despite very difficult conditions in mid-winter, all works were competed with the minimum of fuss.
