At 81 High Street, Runcorn, we delivered a complex enabling and groundwork package, including a kingpost wall, deep sheet piling, and a 96m³ attenuation tank. We carried out footings, drainage, brickwork, and laid a 1,155m² concrete floor slab to client specifications. A value-engineered insulation change saved the client £21,000. The project was completed safely, on budget, and ahead of programme.
