Quinn Developments were contracted by Sanctuary Housing to assist with a housing development of 19 units.
Tasks Quinn were responsible for whilst on this job were 6000m3 site clearance of contaminated spoil, adoptable connections for Welsh Water, construction of Section 38 Adoptable Road, adoptable sewers for Welsh Water, traditional foundations, substructure including block and beam floors, plot drainage and attenuation and Hydro Brake chamber.
Total contract value of £1.1m.
