Project Overview

Montgomery Road is a residential housing development project consisting of 8 houses, we are proud to have worked with Sterling Services to ensure they can deliver this project for Halton Council ahead of time.

Scope of Works

Quinn’s were procured to carry out the following works packages:

Site strip

Foul and Surface Water Drainage Installations (incl. Attenuation, Hydro-Brakes and all Mains)

Sub-base Installations

Formation of new Installation of Foundations and Block & Beams

Brickwork

Installation of kerb-lines

Surfacing of Footpaths and Carparks

Installation of Block Paved Driveways

Landscaping

Fencing
