Coupe Green, Preston is a development of 70 detached and semi detached plots up to DPC. A total of 11 plots were completed and handed over to the client during first phase.
Phase 1 – Duration: 5 Months
Scope of Works:
Overcome design changes from using traditional construction methods to timber at the start of the project
Acting Principal Contractor for first 5 months of the project
Site set up, health and safety requirements passed and built a good rapport with local residents.
Completed all roads, sewers and client compound in the first 5 months
Phase 2 – Duration: 18 Months
Scope of Works:
During phase two of the project, work carried out included
Started an 84m long earth bund to highways specification
59 plots remaining to be built in EPS block and beam up to DPC
Maintaining tight programme to save time lost due to bad weather.
210m2 main compound setup and completed during two weeks of wet weather
